Garden Corn Chowder With Basil & Chives

When you tell someone you’re vegan, they ask (often incredulously) “What do you eat?!”. We’ll seek to answer that question here. We probably won’t have a plethora of original gourmet recipes to share (though there may be a few), but we can point you to recipes (or restaurants) we like that were created by other talented people (or maybe just let you know what we’ve pulled out of our freezer). It’s not that hard eating vegan. Allow us to demonstrate.

Yeah, I eat those sometimes. They come in handy in emergencies and such. Besides the packaging the sodium level kinda scares me too. I like to keep a few around and at my desk at work.....just in case though.
The sodium scares me a bit too, but every once in a while I guess it's OK.
They also have them at most 7-11 stores, so they do make for a nice quick bite to eat if you're out on the road.
Thanks Shane - that's good to know. It's often a challenge finding good eats while traveling.
